Very good, but I think I can make a solid case that Nala is actually Pee Wee Herman.

Both have never appeared together in public.
Both are thin and quirky.
Both are creepy, child like virgin characters.
Both surround themselves with strange, stupid inventions that they're proud to show off
Both seem to have money to burn on their vehicles despite never holding a job
Both admit to frequent masturbatlon
Both customize vehicles that normal adults would never consider customizing
Both fail so spectatularly that it draws laughs, and never accept responsibility whenthey fail.
Both have friends who don't want it widely known they are friends with him
Both appear heterosexual, but act awkwardly around women.
