I have a set of elite wheels and i just got around to putting them on the car and one of the valve stems broke and i am having a nightmare trying to find a valve stem that works.

The valve stem is a bolt in type and i have been to every parts house and every tire and wheel shop in my town and nobody has seen anything like it

so if anybody reads this and has had this problem also, please let me know what you did.

LOL wut?

What kind of wheels are those? I think they might be some new Rotas or more like sprotmaxx but im not sure. There should be a sticker or something that tells you who manufactured them.

Maybe you should give the manufacturer a call.

I have bolt in valve stems at work. They are mainly used for big trucks, and heavy haulers.

Try a truck shop, or diesel repair facility.

I know that Work and Rays both sell replacement/optional bolt-in valve stems for about $15-20 a piece. I don't know that they would fit for sure, but it might be worth a shot.

Yeah i faced plamed after a realized the wheel was called Elite...

Look like a decent wheel. Offsets are good. I wonder how heavy they are though... And WTF they don't have anymore valve stems? That's why knockoff's are the ghey.

^^^I wouldn't go that far... the reason valve stems are hard to find is because the wheel was discontinued, not because the wheel is a replica.

And if I remember correctly, the wheels were of decent wieght... about 21 lbs, I think.

heck yea man, i searched summits web page and I ordered the exact same ones except they had a set of 5 for 18.95 over the 18.95 for just one that i ordered lol

My DD broke down yesterday and i have to get the 240 rolling so i can drive it so i impulsively bought the first thing i found instead of researching but i would never think to check summit racing for my 240, just great haha

Knock off garbage wheels vs. knock off garbage wheels.

No one wins. I'll be sure to update you when my new wheels come in next week.
