Has anyone tried this in their intake between the MAF and the Intake Manifold?

Do you really think that thing will be able to move enough air to increase air flow? All that is, is a intake restrictor, it blocks airs path through the intake tract. Why would you want to do that? Not only that but it also creates turbulence in the intake, turbulence is bad, it messes with your MAFS, as well as actually decreasing airs ability to flow smoothly, which effectively reduces horsepower.

Im not even sure what that is, but I would put money on the fact that it doesnt do anything more than attract attention. If you want more power you need a power adder, like No2 or Forced induction.

I dont see a single item on that site that would actually increase horsepower. If you ask me, all they sell are ricer parts

I wouldn't buy anything from them, even if someone else paid me to.

that almost looks like an air compressor. fill it up with air and when you hit the button...whoooosh! air charged in from the compressor. lol

air turbulence is not bad. it has a purpose. many engines are designed with valves that create turbulence.turbulence is good because at lower rpms, the turbulence helps vaporize the fuel, meaning a better combustion and more power.however at higher rpms, these devices just restrict flow, robbing horsepower.and being that his engine is naturally aspirated, and probably doenst see those high rpms too often, turbulence is good.

no dont buy these type of devices for the ka, it is designed with plenty of turbulence already.

Turbulence before your throttle body is bad. Tumbler valves and secondary butterflies have their uses, but they are placed directly before the injectors inside the intake runners. If you tumble air, it will not continue to tumble indefinitely, it will smooth out, this causes useless restriction.
