Electric Side Mirror conversion questions

I figured the passenger side closed more as that's the JDM driver side, and they're more likely to close park that side.

Before the base swap, they fold kinda evenly. But, after the swap it happens. It's hard to explain, but here's the main reason. Bases and trims are angled differently on USDM and JDM mirrors, so if you swap them, you have slightly crooked mirrors after the folding. If you adjust the gears somehow and make them even when they are folded, it's not going to be even when they are unfolded. I spent several hours to solve this problem but had to give up.
