Alright Guys,

First off, I'm sorry that this has taken so long to get finalized...We are sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo busy here with trying to get ready for SEMA. You wouldn't believe it!

Anyways, we are going to launch the group buy on these Eibach springs. Your price will be $189.00 + $9.95 for insurance and handling. Unfortunately we can't do free shipping to Canada, Hawaii, or Alaska.

Just like before to place your order you can either call in and speak with one of our reps or you can place your order online. Again, because we aren't allowed to list this price on our site, you will need to trust us that the pricing will be changed after the order is placed, just like we did in the past.

Thanks for your continued support!

I forgot to mention that the 2.5 coupe and sedan springs are back ordered until the end of October. There is nothing we can do about this. Because of the delay we have placed large orders with Eibach to ramp up production. Also, we will be extending this group buy special through the end of October! We do have kits in stock ready to ship though for the 3.5 guys so if you want to get your springs early place your orders fast!!!

To our beloved Canadian customer's

I have never seen a group of Canadian's actually get so excited about something...You must really want these springs haha...sorry, had to throw a little humor in there.

Unfortunately it is virtually impossible for us to give a blanket shipping quote for Canada. With all the different islands and areas you guys have UPS can't give a general estimate. Also, it depends on whether you're on the west or east side of Canada.

For shipping quotes please call in and speak with one of our reps or send an email to [email protected] and Margaret will get your quote immediately.

Kyle,

Let me begin by saying that I appreciate the work you do in making these group buys happen, and the time you spend on this forum answering questions. I doesn't go unnoticed, and I for one would tend to buy products from Stillen as opposed to another retailer as a result.

I understand your position on not being able to give a blanket shipping quote for Canada. The reason I think us people get so excited is that we're really paying more for the product as a result. Shipping may be free for your US customers, but it's not free for Stillen. You still pay UPS to deliver the parts to California, Washington, or New York. That cost, ultimately, decreases the profit you make on each sale. Whereas in the case of shipping to Canada, the entire cost of shipping is paid by the customer, and Stillen effectively gets the free shipping. Keep in mind that we also get hit with duty, brokerage charges, and taxes as it comes across the border, adding another $50-$100 to the situation.

What would be nice, is if you could at least give a credit equivalent to an average shipping cost when one of us people orders, and misses out on the free shipping deal. Wouldn't have to be much, just something to make us feel that the situation was considered.

Thanks again.

What would really help us Canucks is if you didn't ship through UPS!!! They bone us hardcore with their "brokerage fees" and other such bs... And what the hell happened to NAFTA? I thought that if something was manufactured in the US, we wouldn't be charged duty on it up here in Canada?!?! Of course now I'm speaking about Stillen's sway bars and body mods...

Egh...F'n UPS........

Erm...ever heard of RacingLine endlinks? How about the GIANT projector thread...notice where the guy who's doing it lives? That being said, we don't produce nearly as many products as the US do for the simple reason of supply and demand. You folk have all the cars and consequently, all the manufacturers of aftermarket parts.

I can't disagree with you on the whole Canada Post issue though...the whole system up here is screwy. It doesn't help matters though when UPS arbitrarily assigns obscene brokerage fees on anything coming into the country from the US.I'm not suggesting Stillen lower their prices or waive their shipping costs just for us. Why should they? It's not their fault that our government likes to bleed us dry.

do i need to start deleting posts? Keep things thread related, also if you want to talk to Stillen about something, contact them!

It is not stillen's responsibility to read every post here, Alt.ImaCoupe if your concerned with shipping charges, ASK STILLEN, then put the results of the convo here...

I posted in this thread as a direct response to Kyle's post hoping to clarify the frustration Canadians feel trying to obtain parts from the US. I assumed that one of the reasons that Kyle is involved in this forum is to hear the opinions of Stiilen's customers. I did not suggest that he had a responsibility to read every post, and in fact thanked him for the time he spends here. I also did not descend into hyphenated profanity and rants against entire contries as others have done.

Having said all that, if you feel the need to censor posts.. go for it. That's what you get to do.

I just bought my Eibach Pro-Kit over the phone along with the Stillen Sway Bars (figured I might as well get those installed at the same time if I'm putting my springs on at the shop).

Looks like their outta the springs for the 3.5 as well now... Sales Rep said over the phone that they're getting another shipment in 2-3 weeks (end of Sept / early Oct).

Let me just say, I officially <3 Stillen now (in a very hetero way). You guys rock!
