are you running a turbo in the stock place? because my friend was going to order one like that until he realized it is for a top mount turbine and he is running stock.

No, I'll be running a GT30 or GT35 top mounted. I think it looks better, but I was wondering if it's worth getting.

It might work out pretty good for you if it dosen't crack. I wouldn't trust my GT30R to some cheap thin walled manifold. If some metal breaks off and hits your exhaust wheel the turbo will be done.

So who makes a good turbo manifold?

loos like an SS autocrap one to me. If you want relibility over flow then go cast iron. HKS and Apex used to make them. This is an HKS.

your best bet would really be to have one made. Full race has one now, but its $2,000. that wont crack thats for sure. i have one from phase 2 motorsports, and its pretty sturdy, but not nearly as sturdy as the full race or cast iron

So how do I get my hands on an HKS one?

I was going to use a HK$ manifold but since I'm taking the motor out of my car and my friends Rb motor is still in his car I gave it back to him. I'm having a manifold made soon for the 20/25. Not sure if it's going to be stainless or what yet. Good points about it is merged collector but not even sure if I'm going to spend the more money and have protech make me and equal length manifold since 0 to 2 rb20 and 25 people will pay for such a expensive manifold when ebay rules the crappy $100 manifold.

to be honest with you, not everyone on here are made out of gold, and they can't justified dishing out $2k for just a manifold. nissan guys are poor

I have the stock replacement manifold for the 20/25.For what you pay its good but its nowhere near perfect. You cant wrap the thing cause it wont fitTo bolt it down is such a pain in the @sssIt seems as they didnt think about bolting it to the motor, cause it soo hard to get some of the nuts on and tighten down

Oh, right, because JDM glue is engineered so much better than USDM glue.

Everyone, stop drop and purchase these SSA turbo's due to their stickyness of JDM glue.

I think I'll stock up! 10 of them for the price of a couple HKS turbines. Yay.

I wouldn't put a SSautchrome manifold on my motor, I would hate for my turbo to get chewed because of it. If I can't afford to get something good then I'll wait till I have enough money to do it or don't do it at all.

So can we get a sticky thread with links to aftermarket parts for the RB? I mean I had to ask somebody to find out where to get the Phase 2 motorsports manifold, and if I hadn't decided to post a thread about the setup I was thinking about, I would still have no idea about that manifold.

I have quite a few other Q's that would be nice information... Like what Oil filter and spark plugs I can get that will match the 25's... etc.
