Yes and they blew their CVT within 2 weeks of doing so... The CVT on the 2.5 is weaker than the 3.5.Why not? Has anyone done it yet?

Shift shock is what traditional style autos do while shifting gears. They jerk a little bit while shifting gears. The CVT, having no gears/infinite gears doesn't "shift shock". It finds the best fuel efficient/power efficient way of getting you from A to B.
