Boostfed - We notice because the coolant reservoid was spilling water out the the bottle when ever we floor it!(boost was going into the coolant system). Then noticed the white-like smoke coming from the exhaust when lifting the throttle. Phax- The metal noise is the Dyno roller CRYING, because its stoping from 125MPH+ speed.

Rudeboy- Yes we are going to wait. the gasket is here, but we are still waiting for the ARP Studs.

Next vid will be MOVING, as soon as the studs get here! Since the Dyno, I haven't had the oportunity to realy floor it!

Truth be told... The RB is superior to the SR. Granted, u gotta pay out the a$$ to get one and mod it, but if u want serious performance, you go RB.

For the average person that is. I'm not talking about the completely race built SR's and CA's running around in Japan...

Dude. That's like hella big cannonball size man. Holy crap.

It's not even hitting the FULL potential of that motor.

Hey Fito, what kind of exhaust is that? Really like the sound. I'm considering the Apex GT spec exhaust. Anybody know how loud or tone these have?

the lean condition on the top end may be due to your walbro 255 fuel pump. I think scott at secret services had the walbro and it was maxing out on an SR at about 540 whp. You can try to add more fuel but if the pump doesn't have it then you won't get it no matter how much you add in the maps. I think he ended up melting a piston due to the lean condition. be careful. although i do see you running a second fuel pump.

dillusion13: This is a 3in. stainless steal exhaust with a titanium muffler from Top Speed in Texas (http://www.topspeedauto.com)

f150: fuel pressure was constant all the way. We'll see what happens with the new gasket and studs

My fuel set-up needs two pumps, one in-tank before the fuel canister and one after the fuel canister.

fito, actually i think your fuel pump setup is causing you to lean out regardless what your fuel pressure is reading. if you are running the two pumps inline with the walbro in the tank, it won't matter if you have the other fuel pump inline. The walbro will not be able to feed the second pump enough fuel at that power level to keep up.

Just my .02 cents.

F150: I use in my setup a "fuel Pot" this is a canister that is very common in japan. The in-tank pump flows fuel into the canister, the fuel return from the engine also go's to this canister and then the in-line pump gets its fuel from the canister ( the excess fuel from the canister go's back to the tank.

So if I understand this then your two pumps don't really work together to supply the fuel. The first pump supplies fuel to the canister. The second pump on the canister is the main supply to the engine. Is the second pump capable of supporting that much horsepower since it is really working alone? What is the flow rating of the pump? Just trying to help out. I mentioned this to the guy that owns the SRX-1 (545 whp) referenced on this board and his first comment was its the fuel pump. Especially if you are adding fuel and it is making no difference. I think he is running two pumps that work from the same fuel cell but are on separate lines.

Also, the head gasket could've been lifting because of the excessive cylinder pressure caused from the lean condition, although 26psi on a stock head gasket is pushing the limits.
