Hello,

I have currently installed a megan v1 short shifter on my car(the one with a square plate that goes over the original shifter plate) and am looking for a dust boot solution. Does anyone with this type of shifter have any solution for the dust boot?

Thank you.

Will the factory one not fit?

Yeah I'd rock a factory one or Redline goods shift boot.

No, the base plate of the short shifter is a square and is too big for the factory one to fit over

Ohhh, you mean the one on the transmission. I thought you meant the one that bolts to the tunnel under the console.

Yeah, Idk about anything that will work with what you have. I have the B&M, so it has a whole different upper plate and it's own dust boot.

Buy a CV axle boot from the auto parts store and get creative with some zip ties.
