but noone seems to care enough to help..
so, after a bunch of crap, I belive it is my CAS, I have no tach signal when I am cranking it over, we disassembled the distributor and found OIL! yay, sept it ruined the CAS, we are off to pick n pull in the morning to get a new distributor, also my ECU was throwing 11 and 14, I believe it was only throwing 14 (knock sensor) because the cylinders were full of gas, but 11 is the CAS so thats good news.
also I replaced my fuel filter with a z32 filter:
