I just looked over all the classes ive taken and need to take.

If i pass all the rest of my classes i will be one course over 4 years. Thats including taking a summer course and doing one of my required projects over this summer. I am planning on taking statistics over the summer at a community college.

Statics was pretty easy for me but then the next course Stress Analysis i did not pass. I am taking Dynamic Systems right now and thats pretty easy. Calc 3 is the biggest pain in the ***. NRed it 3 times.

Anyways, i am hoping all this is worth it. I better make some good money as a Mechanical Engineer.

I have never understood why people are so intimidated by math.

I dropped my business statistics class three times before I finally started paying attention. That was all it took, I got a 'B'.

Calc was a breeze. I slacked off and still got a 'B'. Calc 2, that is another story, you HAVE to do your homework and pay attention. It also helps if you have a professor whose first language was english. But, still..

Statics?? I don't really know what kind of class that is, but if it has that math all you have to do is work with it and not get behind.

I was able to finish all my classes in 3 1/2 years, with an engineering degree....HOWEVER....

First of all, it actually took me 5 1/2 years to get my diploma because I didn't get my senior design project turned in until 2 years after i was down with everything. Also, my *only* semester under 17 credits was my 1st one, at 15 credits (with a failed class that put me down to 12 credits). All the rest of the semesters I took 17-20 credits. I also had 4 AP credits from high school, as well as a 3 credit summer internship. So engineering degrees in 4 years *are* possible....but they are by no means the standard.

im not intimitdated by math Q. i find it rather interesting and get some odd pleasure doing high level math problems. statics does deal with math, but its the study of forces on bodies. its more or less being able to think in 3D. not too much, but it can be a little difficult.
