Drop Resistor?

ALSO, as was mentioned on another thread and I just verified there and am reposting here for completeness, SOHC KA dropping resistor should also work, may or may not be direct plug in but is pin compatible assuming harness connector same, and its the same resistance value and pinout. NOT DOHC however, at least I couldn't even find a dropping resistor on the DOHC FSM.

Forgot about putting in this thread too, this is INCORRECT, when someone mentioned hearing it had one I checked the PDF I had rather than my real FSM And didn't notice right away (since I hadn't used the PDF for much at all) that it was a european FSM; hence CA18DET. There is no dropping resistor on ANY KAs.
