Drivers window will not remain in closed position

2002 I35 Power Window Problem!

Drivers side window will not remain closed. When the window reaches the top position it then returns to the 1/3 open position. The only quick fix I found is to open the door and then turn off the ignition. Not what I want to do. The manual stated that "If the window senses resistance it will not remain closed". I checked the panel and all was clear. HELP!
