Jesus Christ that car is slammed. How can you DD that? It must scrape with every rock you hit. Not personally a fan of cars that low but looks nice and you have an interesting set-up. Have you ever had it dynoed or planned on doing that?

no joke, I slide mine...but no where near as clean and efficient as you.

No dyno time yet. Idk when I'll get around to it.

Yes, I daily the car. It being this low... idk I guess I've gotten used to have low cars. It doesn't bother me. Too much... Most of the time... lol

Lol, thanks man but right now all I've done is that little skid pad.. Idk how I'd react to a bigger track and higher speeds and such. I have another skid pad event tomorrow should get some nice tandem videos :).

And I <3 NA-TT.

yeah try to keep it off the streets man. Im guilty of streeting but honestly I go to my old church about 5 mins from my house. They have a huge parking lot, and if god wants me to die doing what I love then at least Im on his grounds hahahah! Keep it on the track or off the streets!
If your ever up towards Nc you need to stop into street wise drift, we got a huge show and even that happens once a month! Formula D was there past August!!

Possibly sometime within this upcoming year I'll head up there for sure. And yeah I don't street anymore. And when I did it was all industrial warehouse district.

Might be selling the car within the next couple of months... Haven't completely decided yet. Kind of in a rough spot so we'll see what happens. :frown:

Yeah man, had a rough event tonight. It rained so it was just super slick... and I got an alignment yesterday and was just gripping wayyyy too damn much today lol.

Was on continental 245/40s which were like brand new on 18x9.5 battles. With -1.2* of rear camber and like 0 toe or something. It was interesting. I wasn't expecting em to grip much... But it was nice lol.

I'm actually on stock tie rods. With PBM Spacers, and my knuckle modding was free. Cut and weld :chuckle:

Oh nice. Do you happen to have some pictures of the knuckle modding? I know PBM sells some modded knuckles but they're like $400. If i could learn how to just do it myself, that'd be pretty sweet.

PBMs is slightly different from your normal cut and weld. Hence the price difference. And just so everyone know, the PBM kit will NOT work on our cars.

Yeah. Their parts are made of steel. We have aluminum knuckles. They just assumed it would work since our front knuckles are nearly identical to R32 ones. With the difference being R32 GTS knuckles are steel, and ours are aluminum, Also, the taper for the tie rod pick up is different.

You didn't have intercoolers did you? I just noticed that, so the meth was your only knock management system?

Sux to hear about the engine, but it's a chance to build bigger and badder :dblthumb:

I did have intercoolers actually. But yeah I'm probably just gonna swap another NA in and put my turbo kit on it. I'd like to drift the last event of the year. (December 18th) So we'll see what happens.

That somewhat negates the whole point of having intercoolers.

At least your turbo's are straight bro. Sorry to hear this!

:werd: part out the parts worth selling, buy a used N/a (two just in case?), rebuilt it, apply your same turbo/meth setup, modify your front bumper for your intercoolers, Diy water/alcohol sprayer for em (I made one!), and you're good as new
