What is involved in making those k style trucks? i would love to do that and it should take off some weight.

WTF?

If you molded sheet metal over the bottom part of the taillights, it would make taking the taillights out impossible unless you want to cut the sheetmetal.

he is saying that he will cut the yellow section off, so his lights would still be able to come off. personally i would weld in a piece of metal. it would be cleaner and wiegh less than bondo.

hey if you have another set of lights and know about wiring go for it, good luck and let us know how it turns out.
