Door Lock/Radio Wiring Issues

Hello everyone,
New Z owner here. Just bought a 1990 N/A 2+2 model. Besides having to change the rack and pinion I have a couple of other issues. The previous owner(young kid) had put a Viper alarm system in, and screwed up all of the wiring where the radio goes... So here goes my question. I am having problems with the passenger side door not locking, and the window motor does not work. I think I found a blown 7.5amp fuse the other night because one of the wires crossed after trying to sort out the snipped wires from the radio. Would this have caused my dome light and other lights(i.e floor boards) to go out on the inside? Second what would cause the passenger door to not lock? The driver side door locks just fine.
