The First night Norfolk's finest had Tazers, an officer was chasing a suspect and suspect ran up a long flight of stairs but got hit near the top. So he falls all the way down the stairs while being tazed.

I'd rather be tazed than shot in the head and killed by a "less than leathal" weapon. It happened when fans were climbing the green monster and a cop whips out there new toy. Made by the same guy who brought you the Automag.(paintball gun) Projectile fired with compressed air kills some random fan having fun.

Make it russian tazer. Pass them around, remove the batteries from all but one. Then everyone tazes the person next to them.

Back when I was in Jr. High, a friend of mine made a pretty nasty taser out of a transformer and a 12V battery. We'd take turns zapping each other with it. It wasn't as bad as real tasers since it was DC, but it still bit pretty good. We'd have gotten in tons of trouble today, though: he actually made it for shop class and took it to school. We were shocking people on the bus with it, people would gather around in the hall taking turns getting shocked...

I can say from experience that tasing causes memory loss and other problems. It's not to be taken lightly. I lost a whole night from it.

Man, philly isnt that bad, its actually turned into a really nice town in the last 5 years or so. I've been to like 20-25 phillies games in the last 3 years, I have yet to see anything bad happen and its always a fun time (I'm not even that big of a baseball fan).
