Heads up on 95silvia14, I bought some tie rods from this guy almost a month ago but yet no tie rods, he doesn't respond to my emails. Says he shipped them, but doesn't give me a tracking number. So I filed a paypal claim hopefully I can get my money back to buy them from phase2. I hope you read this 95silvia14 mabe i'll finally get a response from you. Here's the original thread to for the tie rods ONE MONTH AGO! zerothread?id=355621

these haven't recieved item and no communication/excuses from sellers thread have been seeming more frequent. I don't think there is anyway around it though. Can mods delete all posts in fs threads and maybe user accounts from anyone that has not shipped, or given reasonable communication to their buyer? Maybe a possible solution to prevent more alex's and others.

You know...I don't trust forums when it comes to buying things because of all this **** that happens. It's happened to me twice now and I've had a lot more luck and reliability from a junkyard. Hopefully everything works out for you, man. I've been a victim of it twice.

It also makes it hard for guys like me who have left over stuff that I want to sell to hook up others on this forum. I always offer a tracking number and in some cases a refund if the buyer doesn't like the item or it doesn't work. One bad apple spoils the bunch.

I'm with slyedog240sx with banning them, but when I saw his post count I honestly thought he'd be reliable, but it comes to show you that posts don't mean ****. But yea when I sell stuff I on here try to be as quick as possible because I don't want to be like one of these bungholes. I bought my outer tie rods from phase2 and the inner here hoping to save money but now I wish I wouldn't of tried to be a cheap *** and save like 10 bucks and just bought it from the website. Now i'm going to but **** now I gotta pay BS shipping but wutever I know i'll get my tie rods.

I hate when people get on here JUST to sell their crap, and then jerk someone around.

Kyle, if you read this, I'll be posting up your personal contact information within one week if I don't hear that you've taken care of this transaction.

oh the power!

yes, i am jealous

i hope you get your **** straight man. its not fun to wonder where your parts are. people who sell should have an understanding that the buyer is in NEED of these items and you need to do your part of sending out asap, in fact the same day you recieve the cash. i hope it works out, benefit of the doubt dont hold up too well these days.

hey man i don't know what to do about this i sent them threw going postal a local shipping place like the ups store and what not. i have a receipt to prove i shipped them, when i went to ask them what was going on they said all they know is that the post office picked them up and that they should have been there by now. i understand that the guy is out of the money but I'm in the same boat here i don't know how to even go about solving this. pay pal already gave him his money back and now if he gets them from being lost in the mail I'm out the money and the product. is there any ideas you can give me to go about resolving this my reputation is every thing and right now I'm lost. - Kyle Morgan

and yes my little boy has been sick and work has been kind enough to grant me the time off of work, because i have to stay in the hospitol with my kid. i do want to get this resolved but i dont know where to go with this

Did the buyer get his money back from PayPal?

If he did, it means he filed a complaint. Which means they emailed you asking for proof of shipping. Which means it wasn't provided.

Either way, as long as the OP got his money back.

I never got my money back yet the case is still open till sept 5th, it says that 95silvia14 still hasn't replied to the paypal claim yet. Sry to hear about your son though I hope he feels better. And what address did you ship the parts to, mabe you sent it to a totally wrong address.

should scan the receipt and post it up.

of course, if you got insurance and tracking along with it then you're all set. 95Silvia gets his insurance $ and OP gets his $ back.

this isnt cool

Edit: if scammers read this, how do you do it people?! you know how hard people work for this money they gave you for exchange of goods? Myself as well as many others on this forum come to our classifieds section mainly cause we are all family and have a sense of trust amongst ourselves that we really cant get anywhere else as far as private sellers go, so it pains me to see people scam others, its sooooo wrong and to all scammers, your adopted and nobody loves you

To be honest with you, your lucky it was only 70 some odd dollars because there are thousands of people who get scammed outta thousands of dollars on purchasing cars this way and they never see the money again!

sadly, its true. lesson i learned a long time ago from borrowing 5 bux from an "elder" when i was young. if you dont pay me back, i bought you for 5 bux. little lessons go a long way in life, too bad some didnt learn any and people gotta pay for it.
