I don't buy off NICO any more, after getting scammed by some kid in GA.

Sad.

Just put your stuff on eBay, so there is some accountability, then post the link here

has nothing to do with nico or any specific site, its the bungholes that get away with it. ive delt with zilvia members for over a year now and im yet to lose money but people have bad experiences with zilvia. never blame a site, esp nico. hitman looks out for his peoples

^ I've had nothing but good luck with Zilvia, but then again, I'm very careful on who I do business with online.

95 if i were you i'd be calling the shipping depot for a tracking#. I contracted for fed ex ground for three and a half years and they should have put a small label with tracking info with your reciept. All of the shipping depots i p.u. from followed this practice as it was fed ex criteria. It may have very easily been lost. Either way the shipping place should file a ins claim for you and get enough to cover your loss and majiks. Nevermind. I see where you shipped parcel post. Pay majik, you owe him for being a tight a$$ by shipping parcel post unless he requested it then it is his problem. Lesson all only ship with fedex, ups,or dhl, though the usps is better than they were they still suck.

Like he ^^ said... how did you do anything to make things right? Paypal actually took the money and refunded it regardless of what you thought about it.

People like you should be banned from the marketplace... I'm glad your dumb a** bumped this thread, because now I'm sure you tripled the amount of people that will not even consider a transaction with you... good job.

Well being that you never said that ( and have no way to show that what your saying isnt a load of crap) no one has any way of clearing your name...

In conclusion:

Wait for it!

Your still a dumb a**....

To this day I have not received the tie rods, I went and bought them from phase2motortrend.com after I realized this was a lost cause. Also to this day, I thought I never received a refund. I did a little research on my paypal history. It appears I did receive a refund, on March 4th 2009. At that point I had forgotten about this whole thing, Which started on July 29th 2008. It doesn't take 8 months to gather $75, bums working street corners probably make that in a week.

Proof of time lapse:

I really don't think you did your part to refund my money, as badbob2121 said, paypal did. It looks to me on that March 4th you accrued a balance in your account in excess of $75.00 and paypal finally was able to withdraw the remaining balance you owed me. I honestly thought the case was closed and I was screwed after Paypal only was able to refund .03 cents, so I sent my own refund request on September 18th after contacting you.

As you can see from my delightful screen shots. My original request for my money back is still Pending, to this day.

Take what you want from this, but I sure as hell wouldn't buy from you again. Bad customer service is poison and follows you forever.

Yeah, but technically all that proves is that 3 years after he scammed the OP his rep was so bad he had to ACTUALLY make a legit sale to get people to buy from him again so he can keep scamming. Sry mr 95silvia dude, but even if your story is true, you gotta admit you look pretty bad here :gotme .

Resurecting an ancient thread 3 years later with some out of the blue "i totally fixed this and guy got his parts yo!" bs :inoutgay: was pretty lame in the first place. Your rep would have been helped heaps better by simply doing good business with people and the good reviews would have outweighed the bad one. And then the OP posts up to say that nope, you still screwed them  :bowrofl: pimpslapped. Left alone this thread would probably have faded into obscurity. Now it's immortal and you're completely hosed. Good job! :dblthumb:

At this point, I'm pretty sure if the OP's parts arrive, they'll be delivered by a tardis, a delorean, a klingon bird of prey, or 2 dudes in a phone booth... :gapteeth:
