There are plenty of build threads that guide you through the entire process practically.. i have one of those. And i also have a blog with everything i had to do to make it fit into an s13.. http://450sx.blogspot.com

Really? Bump a 1.5 year old thread after it was already bumped from 2006 in 2008? NICE, at least you are using the search feature

I'm having a party for my 1990 Q45 next month to coincide with my 62th both of us have added 326,000 miles in 20 years of ownership. Nothing internal except chain guides and 80+ oil chages.

Reprogrammed ecu in 1994 added 30 lb/ft enough to eat up 3 transmissions [even with 1st gear start/trimode and Syn ATF]. Well #3 is still there but after 120k is showing it's stress.

I am a pretty agressive driver and stress everything [2 difffs and driveshafts, 3 sets of motor/transmission mounts] as built oem rack and ps pump.

Just changing oil every 90 days seems good enough for engine.
