You better start making some sense if you want your question answered...

There are many offsets that will fit onto a '90 240sx. Some suck and some dont. Generally the lower the offset the better. Like +25 or less.

I'm kinda thinking that maybe you're trying to ask what the bolt pattern is for the '90 240sx. If you are, it 4x114.3
