The vacuum lines are simple: 3 lines start at the throttle body. The bottom one goes to the canister, block it off unless you are using the canister. The larger one on top runs to the bypass valve (BOV). The smaller top line tees to the fuel pressure regulator, and runs across the front of the engine to your boost gauge and/or the boost pressure port on your boost controller.

The wastegate gets its signal from the nipple on the intercooler piping. The Apexi boost controller stepping motors go in between the IC piping and the wastegate actuator.

this is from heavy throttle, I dont know about the AFR though, I always thought you replaced your o2 sensor with the wideband unit from AFR

im lost??....my bov is connected to the little vaccum hose under the intercooler piping that goes into the throttle body which also tees off into the fuel purge tank im thinking it's the fuel pressure regulator, that should still set off the bov correct? and what is the canister??

First SR swap huh... yeah I remember my first swap, not too fun... back then, Nico was still in it's infantcy, not much help from there. Anyway, the canister he's refering to is the Carbon canister. I just ripped mine out, has no detrimental effects on gas mileage, possibly some sort of emissions bullsh!t. For the vac lines, you basically can hook it up any way you want. Just be sure to hook only the boost controller up to the pipe after the turbo and before the throttle body. For say all the accessories such as boost guages and such, I have like a utility vac hose from the throttle body that hooks up to multiple T's, all accessories get their signal from that line. For the fuel pressure regulator, I use a direct line from the ports on the throttle body, it's probably the same deal if I were to connect it to the T's but whatever. The AIR/FUEL ratio gauge, in this case, I'm guessing it's a narrow band meter, hooks up to the signal wire of the O2 sensor.

So what did you do with the fuel line going from the fuel tank to the canister? just cap it off somehow? if so how? sorry just realized mine is still in there and doesnt need to be
