Sorry if this has been polled before (didnt see anything after search), but as the title says...Who drives their a/c in the winter? Also if your mods arent in your sig please list them!

I'm a complete noob to modding and was just wondering if theres any risks to having mod's during winter driving. Mods Im interested in are, cold air intake, exhaust, rims, and maybe a Stillen lip spoiler.

hell yeah I drive in the winter. I drive in the snow WITH my eibachs loool. in the snow you have to learn when to dissable VDC at low speed but at high speed it's godsend to stop the car from oversteering into a ditch lol

I drive my coupe in the winter ONLY if there is no snow on the ground. If there is, I take my Acura TL-S

I drove mine this winter (Chicago winter)… no problem. I do have Eibachs, and a K&N intake.

However, I did pull my 18” wheels & 245\45 tires off, and used the OEM 16” steel wheels & rubber – more because of the inevitable pothole season than anything else.

Your car is lowered and you have that front splitter? How do you manage? I live in T.O. and we dont get much snow but the bottom of my car always scrapes the snow.

The majority of the miles racked up on my coupe were from this past winter season. Honestly, I think the A/C handles fairly poorly in the snow compared to my old Accord. I'm going to get a set of 19s for summer use and throw a set of snow tires on the stock 18" wheels for next winter.

PennDOT sucks at plowing snow.

Dude, you kidding me? I'm at the corner of Crowchild and 17th...there's about 3 feet of snow stockpiled in my front yard from the last two weeks! The sidewalks are wet and slushy and I'm sick sick sick sick sick of this six month long winter we've been having...

Yeah, the city should be paying me for all of my snow-plowing efforts... Next year, I'm buying an X-Trail for the white stuff........

Find me clients and I'm there! I've been trying to get a bunch of my photographer buddies to band together and buy a big house down in California...all our rides are covered in snow up here and it makes us sad. We just want to run our summer rims all year round!

I just researched it, and I think I know what's going on.This word "winter" explains all those clouds around California

and yes I do drive my coupe in the "winter" (w/ Stillen Fascia) but I think I am the wrong guy to include in this poll

i actually only own 1 set of tires. Summer, winter all the same stuff. There is nothing like driving down PCH on a hot summer day.

I am in Saskatchewan, were weather can get to -50 degrees Celcius. It will get so cold that even my car has no clue how cold it is lol... Snow here is pretty bad as well. I have had no issues with my car driving it in the winter. But I did put some winter rims along with some Alpine PA3 winter tires. The tires work awesome and so does the car year round. The VDC and the MT make it a lot easier to handle in the snow too. Also I agree if you are not going to drive your altima year round you should have paid a bit more for a 350z or a G35 IMO.

-50 eh sounds like fun in the snow! Im lucky for it to reach below +25 in the winter! Would rather your -50 winter than our summer +50!

I would rather the +50 when it's -50 haha. The winters here are brutal, the summers are decent but never long enough. Have to say once the car heats up in the cold weather it does sound pretty nice. Looking forward to getting the intake on it which will hopefully make it sound even better.
