same here. more like, when everything is in working order. damn my rear calipers are leaking brake fluid now. and the car shimmies and handles very ponderously because the new t/c rods/tie rods need to be installed. but otherwise. i still love driving the thing. it turns heads in stockish form! :D

nissan should have kept their old slogan, "enjoy the ride."

been driving since 89 (domestic cars)... they weren't that fun (more maintenance & repair than actual driving)

until i got my honda nighthawk in 93... whoo! save on gas & enjoy the open road on the way to LBI... didn't enjoy it when I was wearing shorts n tank top...sand felt like needles when i was goin over the dunes...

got sick on slipping on wet leaves in the fall & hydroplaning on this front manual drum brake setup (flew thru an intersection while standing on the rear brake... not fun).

finally got my 1st stick shift car by accident in '96...the 89 240sx se... enjoyed this ride ever since w/ the help of the original 240sx mailing list via amarok.org

i got my car back from the mechanic yesterday, all in tune and stuff, my god, was it fun driving it home

and yea, driving at night on ur own is awesome, expecially cause theres less traffic, less to think about, when i had no car, id beg my dad to let me take the sentra for a cruise, also, driving stick literraly doubles the experiance, unless its traffic, then it gets to u (especially bad for me cause i dislocated my knee a while back and when i gotta clutch every 2 sec it acts up ocassonally) but anyways, a smooth road, straigh or curves, and no one around, is the best driving, period

I hate driving...or, more accurately...I hate NOT driving. The car has never run under my ownership, I've sunk a LOT of money into it, and I found out my Pauter rods are taking 4-6 weeks to make because they are out of stock. The JWT ecu is going to take 4-6 weeks as well...so I MIGHT be driving my car in two months, but I doubt it.

what's up Nathan, you rep Dallas, huh? Man, just think when you actually are driving it, you'll be so happy and hardly remember when you weren't.

I get a serious rush out of driving. I'll drive whenever I get a chance. I go through 3/4 of a tank of gas in 3 days. I'll drive any vehicle anywhere, I'm even thinking of going into driving as a profession. You know, like the people who drive the cars in the commercials, or a movie stunt driver.

Unfortunately, my slave cylinder decided to go bad, so I'm stuck for awile... it should be fixed by the end of the weekend though.

I've had my license for going on 4 years now, but I haven't been able to drive my GSX for about 3 months now and counting. It's fun when you get a new mod and you can have fun with it. I'd say my funnest mod so far has either been my exhaust or BOV. The exhaust is cool because it's fun to show ricers that they think that since their exhaust tip is bigger than yours, they're faster. The BOV is fun because nobody in town has an aftermarket one, or at least ones that the ricers see, so I get thousands of comments about my 'performance clutch going out'. I'm just like umm...no.
