Hello, After I got off of the phone with you yesturday I was getting ready to box it up to ship to you and it started doing exactly what yours was doing in that video. The engineer and I have looked at this extensively and we have a fix but it will take a few days to get the parts we need to fix it. I will ship out a replacement mid to end of next week after we have a chance to implement and test the fix. If anything changes I will let you know.Thank you, Intellitronix Technical Support

That is funny, it's been their Switchs the whole time nothing to do with the car or wiring.

Hello, Yes the regulator was being over driven and therefore overheating and malfunctioning. We are going to replace some of the resistors with larger ones to relieve the stress on the regulator and stop it from over heating.Thank you, Intellitronix Technical Support

Hello, The new parts arrived yesturday, we put the on and ran the test unit for about 20 hours with no issues. I will be putting your new one in the mailtoday.
