Did Nissan get hosed or was justice served?

Its a 73lb tire traveling in one direction meanwhile a vehicle hits it coming from a different direction... There is enough kinetic energy there to affect any vehicle... I wonder why this wasn't brought up.

I would also like to see the police report.. I'm curious to know how fast the Altima was moving and was the tire just a tire or a wheel and tire.

At 73lbs, I would guess wheel and tire, most likely inflated. Meaning essentially a 73lb rock....

This sh1t is stupid. The things going on in this world now a days is ridiculous. Think about everything thats been happening...This guy sues Nissan because of his roof design, People suing food corporation because they got fat, This who gun control issue and this gay marriage issue. People cant take responsibility for themselfs or mind their own business. In my opinion were destroying humanity. Just imagine how things will be when our kids grow up. Before the 80s when parents didnt get in trouble for disciplining their children people respected each other. No one complained about every damn thing and people stayed married because they didnt have to worry about drama Now, a police officer gives a guy boots and makes news headlines for months and facebook is the number one cause of divorce. Im so disappointed to be alive during this self destructive and and dishonest life time. :tisk: sorry for the rant but people pi$$ me off alot.
