I gotta say, nicely done confessing to her. you shouldn't have gotten yourself in the situation in the first place cuz if you realy love her, you'd not do anything that would hurt her. but you did the right thing.

now on this no contact thing, I gotta raise a flag here. where the hell does that come from? I think even the most religious people allow hugging, and holding hands and that kinda stuff. That sounds like either BS or you and she have some major relationship issues. I can understand being chaste, maybe even no kissing, but no contact at all is unhealthy, seriously. it shouldn't be by any means be an excuse for cheating, but it should be an issue. a friend of mine and his GF are very religious and haven't had "sex" but I am pretty sure she services him in other ways to keep him happy. If her limits are no contact at all, and you need more than that, even if you love her, it may be best to break up, unless you are able to abide by her limits.
