Good info, not sure about the laws around re-publishing somebody else's work....I'm sure somebody will chime in. We have folks here that know everything about everything!

If it's part of what you're writing, you can quote the thing, so you have to site the source. Now if you were publishing this for distribution by itself, then I think that's when you run into trouble with the . If you quote something, you always have to give credit to the author.
