See the picture at the top of this page... Essentially it provides a lateral brace between the strut towers and should provide better cornering by reducing body flex. Everyone who's tried it says good things... I would love to know why Q45Tech isn't using one. I assume there are compromises somewhere else in the suspension. Seems like everything is interconnected.

Anyhow, I'm in for $50 I'm in to test it out!

Sounds like fun. How much does it help the cornering? I'd like to try it.

He is using a Stillen brace.

I an trying my best to hold the price from last year, but I might have to go up a bit. It depends on the shipping costs. Maybe I will offer the brace at my cost, and then add for shipping.

I should get some dimensional information from a new supplier tomorrow. IF this works out, I will order enought to make 20 braces.

Then I should have a solid cost on my parts costs, and be able to quote a hard price to you guys. In the past, shipping has been between roughly $7 to $10. Of course, Australia is a little more!. Most of the lower 48 is $7 (or it was a year ago).

I got a huge boost, when I saw a Q45 for sale on the internet, and it had one of my strut braces on it!

Hmm... didn't remember seeing one, but it's been a few years since my last visit to T3.

I will start a new thread for the purchase. It looks like I will make 20 or 30 of them in this batch.

I will need some of you guys to pre-purchase, so the wifey doesn't get pissed about the PayPal account.

I will let you guys know Saturday.
