DE or DE?

what do you guys recommend a SR20DE or a KA24DE i tried but didnt find info on whats the difference on hp.. i want to know where to go when buying the right 240

all US 240s come with either the KA24E or the KA24DE, none came with the SR

i know i know but i mean power difference.. do u know the stock sr20de hp and ka hp? i want to know if its lighter as well, just a step further into what ima buy

The SR is lighter, it has Aluminum block instead of Iron, if you want to rev high, go SR, if you want a torque monster go KA.

the sr20de comes out of i believe like a 92-95 G20 infiniti see what the hp is on that...check motor specs and weight...

JDM rwd sr20de engines have 140bhp and ka24de=155bhp and ka24e=140bhp

I would guess a sr20de in a 240sx would run 16.0-15.5 in a 1/4mile.

The SR depends on if it's an S13 or S14, S13 is 140BHP, but S14 is 165BHP.
