Ok, I was thinking of moving it up to the 4th weekend in August (25th), but I think that some people are already going to be gone for college by then, so they why not just do it the first weekend in Sept as earlier planned.

So September 1st is our date, motherf**kers.

Let's all try to meet at like 9pm somewhere in Rockville, hang out for a bit, and then all drive over to the Rockville Starbucks together.

And for anyone who complains that Rockville is far, it's like a 40 minute drive for me too.

Anyway, feel free to bring some cash and any leftover smaller parts that you have lying around that you'd like to get rid of. At a lot of Japanese car meets, they have sort of a swap meet aspect to them, and I've always wanted to do that here.

I'm interested in the brake pads. I also have some parts laying around like a Zenki S14 grille, Acura TL/Honda Accord JDM sidemarkers, S14 emblems.

I'm starting to think it might be a better idea to do this during the day to get pics of all the cars, but then we couldn't crash the Rockville parking lot, and anyone who's been there knows it'd be cool as hell to have a group of 20 NICO people show up at once.

Actually, if you mean the garage attached to Tara Thai, MCPD *loves* that place.

That's where they used to sit and hide like 8 cars until 10:30 when they'd run out and start chasing everyone off.

If we're going to sit in a parking garage first (which I think is what we're going to do), we'll go to White Flint Mall and do it, probably over by Dave & Busters.

Wow!! I didn't know! Coz everytime I go there is like totally empty!! I thought MCPD hang around timpano parking lot.

About a 5 minute ride north of the beltway. Dave and Buster's is located in White Flint Mall. The grey area is the mall. White Flint Park is behind it...

This might be my first post on this forum. I'm in the D.C. area and would like to meet some other D.C. 240 owners. I bought 98 kouki in May with only 19,300 miles on it. So original it still smells like new car :-) even tho it's up to 24k already.

My question, is it still on for tonight at 9 pm in Rockville? despite the hurricane rain that's going on right now as I'm sitting at my desk at work staring out the window... What's the latest? Thanks

Hi,

I'm still going to be there, regardless of what the weather is like, because I need to buy some tires from someone who will be over in Rockville.

Assuming it's raining, we'll be inside the parking garage directly under where the Dave & Busters parking is, from like 9-10pm.

Normally I'd head over to the Sports Authority/Starbucks parking lot at 10pm, but I don't think anyone's going to be there tonight.
