if anyone is ever wondering...where the heck do you get those little bulbs, other than the dealership, that fit into the dash buttons like you top up/down buttons....here is where. make a trip to radio shack, go to the bulbs/fuses and look up catalog number 272-1092C they come in packs of two. almost all my button lights were out so i got a few.
now take your buttons out, sometimes you can just pull on them, sometimes you need to take a few screws out to get in from behind to pry the snaps. mine been out so much i just pull em out but they seem to stay in just fine so yay for worn out snaps. pull the tiny bulbs with a needle nose, and use them also to loosen the bulb wires from the bases.....then thread the new bulb wires into the base just like a christmas tree light and route the wires the same way you found them and cut excess off. now reinstall it all.
as a warning, when taking these buttons apart, beware the tiny springs and ball bearings, just make sure u don't loose this stuff and it goes back exactly how you found it and you should be fine.
also the bulbs have diffusers (bulb condoms) put them back on if you want your dash lights to be white again, if you leave them off they look orangish/yellow...ugly in other words.
i know, i should have taken pictures of the process, but it's kinda self explanatory. go to radio shack, buy bulbs, take out buttons, take them apart, rewire new bulbs, put back together, test, and reinstall. later dudes!

dude thanks for the info..i just went to radio shack and bought the bulbs...best 5 bucks i ever spent to get my interior button lights to work....thanks man
