I know its recomended to upgrade the ground wire on the CVT for the 07+ sentra SER. Was wondering if its recomended for the Altima as well.

I would do it since the factory wiring is pretty thin. I think 4ga is good enough which I'm planning on getting from racingline.com. The stillen grounding kit only has like 2x 4ga cables but mostly 8ga wiring which is still kind of thin... I think adding thicker gauge wiring probably won't really increase fuel economy like it lists, but it definitely helps when having HIDs installed or I'm sure it improves idling as well!

hmm, maybe I'll get that grounding kit! Sounds like it's got more wires and better quality than the racingline version plus it's about the same price as the racingline!! I know that the Big 3 is mostly for car audio, but this one seems to have more grounding points...

Spending that much for 4awg is a lot. Kunkonceptz is 45minutes from me, and I can pick up enough 1/0 OFC wire and terminals to piece together my own for less.

Still working on my audio stuff. When Im done I should have enough 1/0 left to ground the CVT if it ever warms up around here to get under the car lol.
