actually...i am a honda hater....i hate front wheel drives....you cant do anything with it! no burn outs no drifting. and even repairs are harder on the FWDs...so thats was one of the main reasons....and this one was only 750$$$!!! fully loaded and everything so i just had to buy it....only thing wrong with it was the power steering pressure hose was leaking and the brake master cylinder was stuck but i fixed em all now so no problems with the car!!! ok...i dont know why im writing all this but anyways....i just prefer RWH than FWDs.

iif you dont have a lot of money, get some GR2s for now. that should be more than enough to start off with.

If I can do burnouts in my 1.5 DX civic with 205/40zr17 NT450's then I think just about any civic can. Civics aren't aweful cars, I pretty much hate mine now, but it's held up really good to the **** I've thrown at it. I've driven many a 240 and many a civic, and def choose the 240, but for an everyday car just to drive around a civic isn't a bad choice.

but with a FWD, dont you call that a peel out rather than a burn out since you cant hold the car with the side brake? or is there another way?

I dislike Honda but because of the drivers out here cutting their springs and putting big metal wings on civics.

I respect the cars.

ELITEBB127108, heres the deal. Listen to the senior members here when it comes to parts and how to do things. They have alot of experience in what and how to do stuff to these cars. You have deffinetly come to the right place. Just make sure you can tell when someone is yanking your chain.

Watch buying stuff on Ebay. Check the sellers feedback. If they haven't sold a decent amount of stuff or have more than one or two bad feedbacks, I wouldn't do any buisness with them. If you know what to look for, you can get some great deals.

What ever you do, don't cut the springs on a car to drop it. You will not like the out come. Rides like crap and wont handle for s***.

If you have any questions about the 240 these guys/gals and this web site is the best place to be.

Welcome to NICO.

Um, I don't think burnouts are really a means to measure a car. Yes they are nice but you could probably make a geo do a huge burnout if you really wanted too, but that doesn't mean that they are fast cars.

BTW I had Ground Control Coilovers and no wings on my car :)
