how much extra would it be with those 550cc's? should i forget about gettin the fast idle? it really doesnt get too cold where i'm at and it always kinda annoys me on my car...and why not get the 02 sensor and a/f meter?...could i hook up that meter to my stock 02 sensor? i thought it'd be good to get it since i've never tuned before...thanks

You can get some MSD 50lbers for around $200-$250 and the use of the mixture meter is more of reference not a spot-on tuning device. If you must see what your car is doing, use the autometer crap gauge or get an EGT or get both or just get the mixture meter. You can use your stock o2 sensor. The fast idle is only if you don't want to wait for your car to warm to get to normal idle (varies from location to location). My car fast idles for about 40seconds @1100 rpm and then simmer down to 800rpm.

do you recommend gettin that fast idle?i can just hold it at higher idle for a second...or will that get annoying fast?...guess i'll go ahead and get the 50lbers...will gettin an autometer A/F and EGT be more accurate than just the SDS mixture meter?...thanks

Quote » can just hold it at higher idle for a second[/quote] Very annoying! The egt is a good reference and the autometer gauge is riceboy eye-candy, but it serves as a good reference as well.

considering other options besides CA and SR...could this work with a KA24det?...i know it "will" work but can you make the right harness and adapters?...or would i need to do all the electrical connections and stuff on my own?..thanks

SDS will work with almost all engines.
