not much has been done lately since the school has been closed for the holidays. Looking forward to getting back to work when the shop opens up on jan 10. Got another project to start on as well. IDK why but a buddy of mine wants a manifold made for a ka to accept a holley 4 barrel with a spacer for a nitrous perimeter spray plate. If nothing else it should be interesting lol, Im looking forward to it tho since its another chance to do something else with something different. Ive definitly got an "itch" to make one for one of my CA's tho so that'll be interesting as well

yeah its surprising what can actually be done if the effort is put forth. I'm really liking this one for the rb though.

Yeah, Its been fun making it. Time is limited so I dont get long to work on it during class but Ive definitly got some other idea's. If time permits me to keep this up, Ill try to keep this thread going for a while.

this thread has kinda died out a little since I havnt been doing much but im about to start remaking the sides and top plate. since its been cut out of .309" think material its a little heavy so im going to remake those 3 peices in .137" since theyre the largest and will shed the most weight.

Thanks, They were made by my friend. Sorry we don't sell them completed. They are a pain to produce. Good luck with yours, it seems like you have the right idea.

Guys the Thailand manifolds are getting better and better now. Not the same crap they use to do. CNC flange on it now it seems.




U can find it on ebay just search rb20det more pics there. this one doesn't have the throttle body flange on it but the others do.
