as long as your plenum volume is large enough and your design not to drasiticly biased to one runner like when they neck down to #4 the likely hood of you disrupting the flow to a individual cylinder to where it would cause the motor to lean out dangerously is pretty slim. velocity stacks are useless unless you are prepared to sit down and do the proper math and frequency tuning thats involved, if you don't want to do that just make the plenum around 50% larger then your displacement you should be just fine.

It looks good, i would like to see a dyno graph of before and afterjust to see how well it works.
