I would suggest using a thin piece of wood to make the peice that the gauges will mount in and then shape around that. Good luck! I fyou need any help drop me a line. Also be prepared for a whole lot of sanding. Building the piece probably only takes a third of the time. Finishing it takes the rest. I sand mine out to 800. [email protected]

Update: I am almost finished with my first pod for S14. Itlook pretty good jsut needs a litlle bit more smoothing. I also think that I have figured out a way to make them much easier!! I will post pictures as sooon as it is done early next week.

here's an update on my first two S14 pods the first one came out good but the second one looks awesome. It has a little more of an angle to it. what do you think? they will both be for sale soon

No, not for your design. It looks nice, compact and elegant fit. Looks like it came stock with that thing. Keep it simple, make it look good.

Also, figure out ways to cut down production costs and increase quality of paint.

Rice would be a ten inch tach mounted there. I don't think there is anything even close to rice here

I do like the second one a lot more. The top one is... boxy, But still better then anything I can do.

You should make a mold out of it, but a vacuum pump, and cut down on timeliness. You could make enough of them to pay off.
