Do you know of anybody or a thread that has the Actual Duration, Lift, and Lobe Separation at .050 lift for some of the cams out there like the early S13 cams, S14 cams, JWT, and all the Crower Cams, ect?

Thanks,Dave

How many people have checked the valve lash on their stock setup? Could have been slightly out of spec to start with.

Correct!

These cams are on the same base circle so if the cams you are taking out are shimmed correctly, the cams you are putting in should be spot on!

The intake cam will have the dowel pin in line with the first set of lobes while the exhaust cams will not.

There is no special break in procedure for the cams.

Only two valves are in spec. car has 92,000 miles on on. I ripped the motor out two days after purchasing it. Just got the shims in today. The head was completely rebuilt/race ported, new valves retainers/etc. So my situation is different than people just replacing cams.

Turbo news please
