Couple questions about my 2012 rogue

Hey everyone have a 2012 rogue

When cold out once in a while the door latch will stick so then can't open door unless I take off one panel to adjust any ideas ? White litheum grease ?

And I wanna upgrade from steel rims if I put on 17s what would be the tire size to run so don't loose my speedometer
