Compression numbers ?

Hey guys how do these compression numbers sound to you guys ? 170 155 160 170

Hmm 170 --> 155 seems like a big jump. Check the FSM for the limits between each compression. There's a certain tolerance thats allowed between the cylinders.

There is a bit of difference there, but you should be alright, were those tests done with the engine at running temp with the throttle held wide open?

They were done wide open throttle all spark plugs removed engine was cold. The reason i ask i have a gt2871r and was about to throw on cams valve springs and retainers and a greddy manifold.

FSM says 156 is standard, but that the difference limit b/t cylinders should be no more than 14.
