I used to work at the largest auto auction in the country as a driver :P. Needless to say I've driven tons of s***.
The ones that stack up to my modded 240sx are:
Honda s2000 -extremely fun stock, great handling, clutch and shifter feel.
Acura NSX - handling spot on. too bad i couldn't open her up.
rx8's -are really fun to throw around but i prefer...
the Miata. -Any gen, super fun but I'm too tall for it LOL
those 2 door AMG benzes. sick rides but too much lux for me.
Porche carerra - can't go wrong w/ one of these, N/A or not, still all handle amazingly with comfort to boot.
Lexus is300 - I used to drive a few of these a week, it was definitely from a drivers standpoint my favorite car to drive at the time. 6spd versions =icing on the cake
z32's are kind of bulky for my tastes, didn't drive the TT version.350Z's are nice, oem exhaust note is the best in the business.
06 subie legacy, must have been lowered and had an exhaust but i liked it.evo 8's are fun, but i don't like 4 doors lol.automatic TT mk3 supra, didn't really drive it far enough to tell but it was a jewel.
C6 non z06 vette, good old american fun. Big improvement over the C5.The newer retro styled GT mustangs are fun to romp on the gas, but handling didn't impress me much.
Some may know I had a special excursion with a cadillac cts. They oversteer and countersteer nicely LOL...
Just some cars that stick out in my mind. We had a 240sx at the auction that was in need of repairs that I desperately wanted to buy. Every freaking day I'd dream of buying it, I would have but it disappeared one day hopefully not to a junkyard. I bought my own like a month later lol.
I'd love to drive an ae86, FC, Mr2 2nd gen, 510 or any classic version of cars that still exist today.Good thread man.
