So, was it there, did they try to pull some crap (don't mean did they try to tow your car, as in you car is crap and pull means tow), but did they try to use some bs to get away with towing your car?

Nope rex, car is, and will stay at my house. Neighbor got it all taken care of. Thanks for the concern, and the newport news law stuff.

darn the evil homeowners association for causing Rob such troublesome stress. I only hope ours won't say anything about a swap in the future.
