you dont need all those arms.just the rucas. you dont need the tie rods either.

If you you take those remainders out, you can put those funds in coilovers from a reputable company e.g Stance

I don't know about that. but without the tie rods, the car behaves crazy when hitting bumps and during braking. I tell you this, I broke my stock tie rods on a turn hitting a slight hump when I had my car slammed about 2 years ago. GOOD LUCK.

i would go with tension rods too, those tend to bind/bend when lowering
