Clicking heater fan

2015 rogue SL Fan sounds like helicopter When I start engine the fan will click, if heater is selected on before starting . If I turn off the heater off before starting engine every thing works normal Any ideas what going on?

If a leaf or pine needles are stuck in the blower, a lot of times they'll be most noticeable when the blower spins up and much less noticeable when it reaches speed. Bad nose bearings can do the same thing, letting the cage contact the housing until the speed comes up. Either way, you probably need to clean out the blower cavity and inspect the cage and motor.

There no noise at any speed when it's turn on after starting the engine. I will try and check blower. Is it behind the glove box?

Yep. Once the glove box is out, it's up at the top of the HVAC box. Only one screw holding it in but it's a bit of a PITA to get at. This thread has a clear pic:
