But I have more reason, Im 17, In MI, and I start college in July in Cleveland. My parents didn't really save money for me for college because they didn't think id ever go (ill be the first in my family to go to college), and I could use the money for college, and to help my parents pay off their debts. But, that's just me.

@ lucas, do what YOU want with the money, its yours, legally, and you are free to use it any way you want. BTW, what kinda rims are those? got any pics from the side? thanks

.... the other guy's an idiot and you're not in the wrong, but in the wrong morally IMHO...I'd just keep 100 bucks as his lost deposit and give him back the 1900, I just couldn't keep 2,000 dollars of someone else's hard-earned money

You joke, but that is one of the real problems with the Canadian health care system. Well fare is used improperly most of the time and so is unemployment cheques.
