ok heres the deal so u all stop talking s***.I posted my car on craigs with no price he called me and said i wanna come look at it i said ok.he came and i said ill give u 6k for your car without cage and seats but i wont have all the money till the 10th.he said ill give u a 2k deposit so u hold the car for me.i said ok.we made a written contract saying that he had till the 10 to bring the other 4k and that the deposit was non refundable.he called and said i dont want the car anymore.i said ok.and thats it.I didnt rip him of it was his own deal.

Yeah, that's how a deposit works. He signed the contract and then backed out. If he wasn't ok with it, then he should hav signed a legal binding contract. If he has 6 grand cash to spend on a car, he probably can afford to lose money. Maybe he found something more suited to his interests.

Reguardless of a contract,If you were any moral person, you'd put yourself in their shoes and act from there. Would you like it if that happened to you? Legally, yo are correct. Morally, you are wrong. Its 2 grand....That's alot of money. Karma man, karma. But I'm sure that cage will keep the car from crushing around you, not so sure about your skull against it as said before. I hope you decide to do the right thing.

My parents didn't really save money for me for college because they didn't think id ever go (ill be the first in my family to go to college), and I could use the money for college, and to help my parents pay off their debts. But, that's just me.

hopefully it doesnt.lol and also if u cant find a lip,buy a garden trim from home depot or any place like that and custom mount it.i personally think it looks good,people have done it before...google it.its also way cheaper.

I'd prefer an OEM style lip, to be a bit cleaner.. Also, im about an hour away from the nearest home depot lol.. But if I cant find a lip when I move to OH in July for college, im definitely gonna have to try it. thanks
