Instead of expensive Christmas gifts, the girls and I have decided that everyone gets homemade cookies, candy, fudge, and lollipops for Christmas. We're trying to narrow down our list. What are your favorites? So far, we are thinking

-peanut butter fudge
-chocolate fudge
-creamsicle fudge
-baklava
-sugar cookies
-chocolate chip cookies
-oatmeal raisin cookies
-peanut butter cookies
-haystacks
-pinwheels
-butter mints
-snickerdoodles

Also, chess bars and praline cookie bars for those I don't have to mail theirs.

Suggestions?

Chess bars / chess squares...yummy!

A big childhood memory of mine is making sour cream twists with my mom & sister, but Russian tea cakes / Italian wedding cakes / Mexican wedding cakes were always my favourite at the holidays. How about some lemon bars? Or being a good Vol you could make some pecan cups.

For a new spin on oatmeal raisin cookies, use dried cranberries instead of raisins and add white chocolate chips. Epic.

Also, I'm a big fan of buckeyes and dipped pretzels.
