today i raceive mi new intake for rb20 i looks ok, good quality welding, i ask for hols for the temp sensors and 95mm bore for q45 throttle body.

is this a part of the web page:

This intake manifold give you a lot more power and response in middle range and high range. You can feel the different with this manifold change. This manifold can increase 13% on standard engine and maximum of 40% on fully modification engine. If you have modify engine such as bigger turbo, camshaft modify this manifold is a must for your engine.

I don't get it?

Pretty looking manifold, but the tank is pretty small. The idea of the tapered tank is to force consistant air into each cylander. But this one seems to run out of taper by the 4th cylander. I'm a little concerned about leaning out on 5 and 6. Plus, the tank itself isn't very big. Sorry.. I don't mean to knock it... just curious about the though behind it's creation.

The think I really don't get... Why such a huge TB? I thought the RB20 and 25TB's were good to like 550hp..? That TB is almost as big as the tank itself.

meh, q45 tb is still an overkill tb.throttle response might be a bit on the slow side due to the large nature of the tb.does that intake manifold have reservations for the IAC and the AAC valves?

i have a Q45 TB. i got it because it is a direct bolt on to the greddy manifold i also have. i believe there is an adapter plate greddy makes to use the stock tb. i was getting a q45 maf from a guy who also happened to have the tb. so i just got both for a good deal.

i think we need some kind of evidence. for example test in the same engine 3 o 4 intake manifolds and check real numbers in dino and post the results thay wey every one knows. i use to have an integra all motor and in other honda comunity like this one this is what the do.

what do you thing every one?

wow. Ok now flip the manifold over to the flange and stick your finger in there. Can you feel a lup where the pipe they welded on to the stock flange? better yet look right into it and see if you can tell where it changed size. I bought a manifold just like that a long time ago, after I inspected it closer I found that I got jacked and gave the manifold away for $140 lol.

These things are not velocity stacks btw

The biggest problem I see is that your going to have to mod the Tstat housing. I know on my rips it came with one. The manifold wouldnt fit without this mod.

Why didn't you get the "JUN" one? That one looks very promising as for the design. As for the welding, who the fuk knows.

With about 2 hours worth of port work these work well. You must use a big throttle with them as if you use std at higher boost, you actually are blowing across the 1st few runners and creating a vaccum on #2.No guessing.. done on a flow bench.

Is your car still at "Tuning Factory?" When's that thing going to be finished?

That TB on a 25 is different than that TB on a 20...

ugh, ditch the fram oilfilter and get something decent...looks like it fits ok, but you will have to fab an intake pipe to connect the turbo to the maf, having the maf on the turbo like that is gonna cause horible turbulance and reversion and give you nothing but problems...just a heads up before you crank it and scratch your head trying to figure out why it runs like arse.

Wow...lots of haters in this damn forum. Anyway, it looks good and it should do the job. Benefits over the stocker will be seen once it's running. At least it looks better than the ugly azz stocker.

Let's see that throttle cable hooked up now!
