Check light doesn't come on/ dealing with REFEREE

What's up folks i was recently pulled over by our beautiful LAPD for modified exhaust system. Anyways he made me pop my hood and wrote me a ticket for air intake and sent me to the referee.I put the original exhaust and air intake and took it. But it didn't pass, the guy told me my check light it's supposed to come on when i turn the key. Well all the lights come on except for the check light.When i had problems with my EGR it came on, so i know the bulb or led whatever is not burned.Any ideas, could it be my dash, or ecu?

It wasn't burned out before, but I'm guessing it is now, replace the bulb.

Um thanks that wasn't the problem it was my ecu actually. It was on diagnostic mode, so i just turned the screw clockwize. Works fine now.
